"Animations Fusion" features 16 unique sets of handcrafted VFX, SFX, and icons. 

"Animations Fusion" can be purchased at two tiers:

• The "Base" tier includes the spritesheet version of the VFX assets, as well as the complementary SFX, icon assets, and Demo Project for RPG Maker MV.
   
• The "Full" tier includes the effekseer version of the VFX assets and Demo Project for RPG Maker MZ in addition to everything in the Base tier.

WHAT IS "Animations Fusion"?

Animations Fusion provides both pre-rendered (spritesheets) and real-time (effekseer) versions of the same handcrafted, quality VFX that Dreams Circle has been known to provide. True to its name, Animations Fusion mixes the legacy of our "Animations Collection/Select" family with the aesthetic style of our "EVFX" family of assets.

The following Terms of Use ("Terms") applies to all the assets included in this product ("Assets").

1. Dreams Circle and its affiliated creators retain all original ownership, copyright, and other rights associated with this product and these Assets.

2. While these Assets were designed to be used for making games, they can be used without restriction for any other purposes.

3. These Assets can be used for any monetary or non-monetary purposes.

4. These Assets can be freely edited and modified.

5. These Assets may not be resold, published, or distributed in any way other than as an integrated part of the project for which they were used for; this applies to Assets that have been edited or modified as well. In addition, any secondary assets derived or created from these Assets, including but not limited to: sprite sheets, images, sound effects, etc., also fall under these terms and limitations.

6. When selling, publishing, or distributing any project in which these Assets have been used, directly or indirectly, in parts or in whole, it is mandatory to include the following as part of the credits:

7. Dreams Circle and its affiliated creators are not liable for any damages or issues that may arise as a result of using these Assets.

8. Dreams Circle reserves the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons. Best efforts will be made to notify and inform of any such modifications as soon as they are made.
